Our plastic modular belts
At Jansen Metal Products we manufacture our own plastic modular conveyor belts. These belts have a very long and extensive proven track-record. The belts have always been and still are manufactured by the Kaak Group for the bakery industry around the world. It is safe to say that the most used plastic modular belts in the bakery industry are: “the Kaak Belts”.

The belts were invented by the Kaak Group in the early 1970s and are still widely used today in the bakery industry and beyond. It is fair to say that these ‘Kaak belts’ are among the most widely used plastic modular belts in the global bakery industry.
In 2020, Jansen Metal Products acquired the rights to manufacture these excellent belts. Our modular belts are known for their exceptional strength, quality and wear resistance. An important design feature is that the plastic modules are connected using steel or stainless steel hinge rods. These metal rods provide additional strength and make the belts highly suitable for heavy loads, wide belt configurations and intensive industrial use.
Starting from January 1st 2020 the complete “Mult-Way modular belt” delivery program is supplied by Jansen Metal Products from its factory in Winterswijk. All related parts are kept on stock and will be assembled to order. Standard delivery times 2-4 working days (depending on volumes and order intake) with possibilities for rush orders.
